Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in art direction or graphic design with a strong portfolio
- Experience at a consumer brand in outdoor apparel activewear lifestyle or adjacent categories
- Experience art directing lifestyle photo and video productions on-location
- Proven ability to concept and lead campaigns from brief through final delivery
- Confident presenting creative to senior stakeholders and telling the story of the work
- Sharp sense for copy and messaging and understanding of how words and visuals work together
- Experience in storyboarding and developing visual treatments for video and motion content
- Deep understanding of typography layout photography design systems and brand expression across print and digital
- Demonstrated ability to provide direction and constructive feedback to designers at varying skill levels
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Highly organized self-directed and energized by fast-moving collaborative environments

Day to day
- Shape Stio's visual identity across brand touchpoints including campaigns product launches packaging retail environments and events
- Lead creative concepting for seasonal campaigns and product launches translating strategy and briefs into compelling visual concepts
- Art direct lifestyle photo and video productions collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage creative partners to deliver polished on-brand work
