Who you are

• Completed Bachelor's Degree in a related field or have relevant experience.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in consultative selling and account development with a services focus.
• Knowledge of IT systems platforms and operational processes including identity management and IT security.
• Demonstrate leadership in driving specialty sales in accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal organizational and presentation skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers particularly at C-suite level.
• Able to meet customer-initiated deadlines and handle rapidly changing priorities.

• Drive managed services growth by supporting sales to new and existing customers.
• Serve as the subject matter expert in SHI’s managed services portfolio.
• Leverage a consultative sales approach to qualify opportunities and understand customer needs.
• Position services and pricing effectively to overcome objections and close deals.
• Create documentation and presentations to aid the pre-sales process.
• Deliver trainings to internal sales teams on managed services offerings.
• Execute all stages of the sales cycle from opportunity identification to customer onboarding.
