Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role
- Experience in high-growth private equity-backed SaaS businesses preferred
- Experience with multi-entity multi-currency close processes across different countries
- Experience supporting audits implementing accounting policies and improving operational processes
- Exposure to M&A integration post-closing performance measurement and carve-out financials is a plus
- Hands-on experience supporting M&A transactions and integrations including AR and AP conversions and contract asset and liability alignment
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred; Salesforce Ramp and Avalara experience preferred
- Solid understanding of order-to-cash workflows including order entry contract review invoicing and fulfillment
- Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition principles ASC 606 is helpful
- CPA or equivalent qualification and/or public accounting experience is a plus
- Experience working with outsourced and off-shore operations a plus

Day to day
- Support corporate accounting and financial operations across general ledger revenue recognition billing accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Prepare and publish accurate monthly financial statements and analyze results against budgets forecasts and projections
- Partner with cross functional teams on controls process improvements ERP enhancements and M&A integration work while driving scalability
