Requirements
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active license to practice law in Georgia
- Required 1 to 3 years of legal experience preferably in collections or litigation
- Strong legal writing research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Willingness and ability to travel to Georgia courts as needed
- Interest in multi-state practice preferred

Day to day
- Represent clients in creditors’ rights and collection litigation matters in Georgia.
- Draft pleadings motions and other legal documents with precision and care.
- Conduct legal research case analysis and attend hearings trials and mediations.
