Requirements
- BS or M.Sc. in Biology Molecular Biology Biochemistry Genetics Bioengineering or similar life science field
- Required lab or research environment experience to understand scientific workflows
- Experience with scientific software lab informatics technology data modelling or digital workflows advantageous
- Experience with ELN and LIMS platforms such as Benchling and Uncountable ideal
- Technical skills such as SQL API integration Python data analysis or workflow automation advantageous
- Customer oriented experience in a job internship support role consulting role or customer facing project
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Empathy diplomacy and customer focus
- Independent proactive self starter mentality

Day to day
- Work closely with biotech customers to keep scientific software systems running smoothly and effectively
- Troubleshoot technical and workflow issues across ELN LIMS reporting and lab informatics platforms
- Configure customise and improve platforms data models workflows and training so customers get better results
- Support onboarding upskilling and knowledge sharing while contributing to internal process improvements and business development
