What the job involves

• Consult with customers on workflows including current and future state and map processes to determine best practices.
• Identify, resolve and report solution status, risks, issues to customers and internal leadership.
• Coach customers on system design requirements analyze and determine optimal solution build and implementation.
• Consult with internal project and organizational teams to share configuration status, project timelines, updates, and verify requests.
• Maintain customer relationships resolve conflict and navigate complex situations to achieve business objectives.
• Follow standard practices and procedures to deliver functional and technical solutions on applications and technology installations.
• Assist customers with Oracle Health Population Health Management solution build and workflows gain a strong understanding of customers questions resolve issues and recommend modifications.
