Manage a portfolio of Educational Institutions in the BeNeLux Region focusing on relationship management and customer success.
Develop strategic plans to expand the customer base and ensure high retention and growth by executing account plans proactively.
Communicate effectively between clients and internal teams to represent customer voices and facilitate the expansion of product usage.
Leverage comprehensive knowledge of the company's portfolio to engage various stakeholders at customer institutions and drive sales through value-focused conversations.
