Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- Required CPA certification
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance accounting or revenue cycle operations
- Strong experience with billing invoicing and revenue recognition
- Experience with reconciliations accruals and financial controls
- Strong understanding of GAAP and ASC 606
- Ability to interpret contracts and apply financial terms operationally
- Proven cross-functional communication and partnership skills
- Analytical mindset with ERP and financial systems experience

Day to day
- Lead end-to-end revenue cycle finance operations across HUB services and market access programs, including billing, invoicing, cash application, and revenue recognition.
- Strengthen financial controls, reconcile service activity to billing and cash receipts, and improve accuracy across complex contract-driven workflows.
- Partner with Accounting, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to deliver actionable reporting, scale processes, and drive continuous improvement.
