Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • Required CPA certification
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in finance accounting or revenue cycle operations
  • Strong experience with billing invoicing and revenue recognition
  • Experience with reconciliations accruals and financial controls
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and ASC 606
  • Ability to interpret contracts and apply financial terms operationally
  • Proven cross-functional communication and partnership skills
  • Analytical mindset with ERP and financial systems experience

Day to day

  • Lead end-to-end revenue cycle finance operations across HUB services and market access programs, including billing, invoicing, cash application, and revenue recognition.
  • Strengthen financial controls, reconcile service activity to billing and cash receipts, and improve accuracy across complex contract-driven workflows.
  • Partner with Accounting, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to deliver actionable reporting, scale processes, and drive continuous improvement.
