Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar
- 5+ years of legal experience including in-house counsel experience at a technology company government agency or top law firm
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance or higher

Day to day
- Review, support, and negotiate U.S. Government and foreign Government contracts to advance mission-critical programs.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements such as NDAs vendor reseller partnership and customer contracts.
- Advise senior leaders and cross-functional teams on legal risk intellectual property protection open-source software usage technology transfer and evolving technology regulations.
