Requirements
- 7–10+ years of legal experience
- Meaningful experience with utility-scale renewable energy transactions
- Direct experience drafting and negotiating project acquisition EPC equipment supply service financing or comparable infrastructure agreements
- Strong understanding of project documentation across development construction financing operations and long-term ownership
- Demonstrated commercial judgment and ability to distinguish material risk from theoretical risk
- Experience managing outside counsel while retaining internal ownership of transaction strategy and key legal decisions
- Ability to operate independently as the company’s primary internal legal resource
- Active license and good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Day to day
- Lead legal support for utility-scale renewable energy project acquisitions and closings.
- Draft and negotiate core project agreements including EPC supply service and financing documents.
