5+ years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a fast paced, tech environment
Impeccable communication skills
Experience from mid-sized organizations, adapting best practices to our dynamic environment
Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws
Proven track record of building strong relationships and trust at all levels of an organization
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
Build and maintain excellent relationships with People managers across the company and have a collaborative and pro-active approach to solving people issues
Play an important role in performance management, employee relations, and the day-to-day organization of teams and departments
Support and coach managers to provide engaging leadership and drive high performance
Collaborate with leaders across the business to address tactical challenges as well as support in change management
Facilitate the development of current teams and managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth
Manage HR administrative tasks across all departments at Underdog, including maintaining employee records, handling HR documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies
Support the performance management process, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews, to drive employee growth and organizational success
Act as a trusted advisor on HR-related matters, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns
