Requirements
- 5+ years litigation experience
- Superior writing skills
- Strong advocacy skills
- Experience with depositions
- Experience trying cases in court or administrative forums
- Experience before EEOC DOL MSPB or other tribunals
- Commitment to civil rights and employee rights
- Interest in other areas of civil litigation
- Virginia bar required
- D.C. and Maryland bars preferred
- Other bars welcomed
- Spanish proficiency a plus

Day to day
- Handle plaintiff-side litigation across employment disability whistleblower retaliation False Claims Act wage and hour and consumer protection matters
- Draft persuasive legal documents and deliver strong advocacy in court and before administrative tribunals
- Conduct depositions and potentially try cases while supporting civil rights and employee-rights focused litigation
