- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously under tight timelines

- In-house experience preferred with vendor-side or commercial counterparty work

Day to day
- Lead legal workstreams that support commercial and project execution objectives for a fast-growing energy company.
- Draft review negotiate and finalize transactional and commercial agreements with customers vendors and project counterparties.
- Support closings provide diligence guidance and collaborate closely with internal teams and senior leaders to manage risk and move deals forward.
