• 4+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience including supervisory roles.
• Proficient in intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.

What the job involves

• Supervise monthly project accounting efforts and lead status meetings with project managers.
• Review and reconcile new client contracts and ensure project accuracy.
• Set up new clients in accounting systems and review terms for rebates and discounts.
• Prepare monthly project revenue forecasts and manage client invoicing based on contract specifications.
