Who you are

  • 4+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development and/or partner management. Experience working with and interpreting 3rd party contracts.
  • Experience working in 3rd party partner portals for deal registration, pipeline management, sales enablement and report generation.
  • Familiar and passionate about sustainability and understand sustainability service outcomes within real estate and complementing technologies.
  • Familiar with the commercial real estate industry or have extreme passion for this market and willing to put the time in to become fluent.
  • Demonstrable experience working on complex projects and business relationships with cross-functional collaboration in the technology sector.
  • Huge plus if experience in key areas such as property management, capital planning, sustainability, occupancy planning, leasing and administration, and/or data and business intelligence.
  • Startup growth mindset, enjoy fast-paced environments and can interface with senior management at large companies.
  • Direct, prepared to act quickly to resolve issues, and can effectively measure and report on activities and their impacts.
  • Use creativity and excellent judgment to find innovative solutions.
  • Excited to be part of a global team, highly approachable, and can leave lasting impressions.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a related field.

What the job involves

  • Responsible for driving growth across major partners, including IWMS partners and Spark Portfolio companies
  • Key focus areas related to monetization efforts for most important partners
  • Interface with a global product organization to enhance and improve partner efficiency
  • Manage channel partnership strategies formed by Alliances and Senior Sales Leadership
  • Own the creation and management of 3rd party product sales pipelines
  • Perform relationship mapping and communication between JLLT, JLL WD and partners
  • Manage partner specific processes including portals, ordering, quoting and reporting
  • Manage day-to-day sales and delivery items
  • Work closely with Alliances Leads to discuss updates and pass along escalation issues
  • Own partner related activities within product offering, development and implementation program
  • Role's success will be clearly articulated, measured and owned
