Who you are
4+ years of experience in strategic sales, business development and/or partner management. Experience working with and interpreting 3rd party contracts.
Experience working in 3rd party partner portals for deal registration, pipeline management, sales enablement and report generation.
Familiar and passionate about sustainability and understand sustainability service outcomes within real estate and complementing technologies.
Familiar with the commercial real estate industry or have extreme passion for this market and willing to put the time in to become fluent.
Demonstrable experience working on complex projects and business relationships with cross-functional collaboration in the technology sector.
Huge plus if experience in key areas such as property management, capital planning, sustainability, occupancy planning, leasing and administration, and/or data and business intelligence.
Startup growth mindset, enjoy fast-paced environments and can interface with senior management at large companies.
Direct, prepared to act quickly to resolve issues, and can effectively measure and report on activities and their impacts.

What the job involves
Responsible for driving growth across major partners, including IWMS partners and Spark Portfolio companies
Key focus areas related to monetization efforts for most important partners
Interface with a global product organization to enhance and improve partner efficiency
Manage channel partnership strategies formed by Alliances and Senior Sales Leadership
Own the creation and management of 3rd party product sales pipelines
Perform relationship mapping and communication between JLLT, JLL WD and partners
Manage partner specific processes including portals, ordering, quoting and reporting
Manage day-to-day sales and delivery items
Work closely with Alliances Leads to discuss updates and pass along escalation issues
Own partner related activities within product offering, development and implementation program
