  • Familiarity with Aon’s products, people, and tools or willingness to learn
  • Ability to manage multiple clients within budgets
  • Experience in relationship management or project management or technical analysis
  • Part or fully qualified in a relevant Professional qualification (e.g., APMI, FIA) is a plus

Day to day

  • Build relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Develop client action plans and manage their execution
  • Design and implement efficient pension processes
  • Advise on data formatting and transfer
  • Perform client specific calculations
  • Deliver clear client and internal reports
