Requirements

  • B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Active PE license in good standing from any U.S. state or territory
  • Five years of direct industry experience in mechanical engineering design including HVAC design
  • Two years of experience as a project engineer
  • One year of experience managing junior personnel

Day to day

  • Lead the production side of the firm and take ownership of engineering delivery across multiple projects
  • Manage priorities resources timelines budgets and client requests while keeping projects moving efficiently
  • Perform mechanical engineering work from energy modeling and design through commissioning plans and project closeout
  • Develop standard operating procedures build client relationships and delegate tasks effectively to team members and subcontractors
