Who you are

  • A balance of creative instincts and analytic orientation is required
  • Highly efficient at data analysis to assess market opportunity SAM and make pricing recommendations
  • Efficient multi-tasker with ability to thrive in a fast-growth constantly changing start-up environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Data driven able to set goals measure results and leverage data to make decisions
  • A passion for hospitality and desire to help small businesses grow
  • 1-2 years of PMM experience
  • 3+ years of relevant start-up experience in marketing sales enablement or product development
  • SMB marketing and restaurant experience is a plus
  • BA/BS degree required



What the job involves

  • Create feedback loops with cross functional stakeholders to define the scope of our products and understand product market fit
  • Lead GTM planning for new launches: positioning and messaging competitive overviews persona building marketing & campaign planning and sales enablement with the goal of driving awareness and adoption of new products and features
  • Partner with Marketing and Sales colleagues to drive cross-functional cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives associated with major product initiatives
  • Own product positioning and messaging to drive acquisitions and adoption from our customers
  • Working with Brand & content teams drive the development of marketing assets & content to support product awareness and customer acquisition and engagement goals
  • Become an internal expert on the market understanding the competitive landscape to uncover our unique differentiation and market size opportunities
  • Build positive relationships across the organization with the ability to lead cross-functional team projects
  • Track evaluate and report out on performance to internal stakeholders and leadership
