Who you are

• Experience in investment banking analyst/associate program or a related transaction execution role i.e. Structured Credit, Structured Finance, or Project Finance Advisory.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in building and managing complex modeling, building output reports, and creating attractive presentation materials.
• Detailed financial analysis including project finance pricing and diligence modeling.
• Ad-hoc financial analysis in support of new business opportunities.
• Preparation of periodic reporting and meeting materials.

What the job involves

• Constructing detailed financial models and performing cash flow analysis, pricing analysis, and due diligence requests.
• Participate in project due diligence and transaction execution for renewable energy projects in C&I, Utility Scale, Community Solar, and Residential asset classes.
• Supporting the structuring, underwriting, and execution of renewable energy and energy transition financing transactions.
• Preparing and delivering standard and tailored presentations and pitches to clients.
• Applying critical thinking and judgment in the review of investment opportunities.
