- Experience supporting a sales team is a plus
- Experience with electronic discovery ESI attorney document review or litigation support services is a plus

Day to day
- Support outside sales professionals with pre-close and post-sales activities to maximize client revenue and selling time.
- Create and maintain accurate records in Salesforce and internal systems while coordinating quotes contracting project setup and billing support.
- Liaise across sales project management collections operations billing and forensics teams to ensure smooth service delivery and strong client support.
