Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy project finance portfolio finance or tax equity
- Strong financial modeling ability with hands on experience in tax equity partnership structures and capital account mechanics
- Comfort working across the full lifecycle from term sheets and structuring through closing and post close asset management
- Experience on the owner sponsor or investor side
- Operating asset experience with consents waivers amendments covenant compliance cash distributions and direct interaction with lenders and tax equity partners

Day to day
- Own end to end financial models across the tax equity portfolio including partnership structures capital account allocations valuations book ups and scenario analysis
- Work directly with tax equity counterparties on consents amendments restructures buyouts exits and new investment analysis
- Build investment cases and present findings to senior leadership with influence over which opportunities the business pursues
