What the job involves
- Support the authoring of online employee relations content for both new and existing clients
- Liaise with new/existing clients to create/transform their HR policies into online content/documentation
- Attend client meetings and process workshops for project implementation
- Manage relationships with key external stakeholders
- Work to agreed style guides and deadlines
- Keep abreast of changes in employment law to support content production/editing
