What the job involves

• Translate customers' new ER processes and optimised policies that our process analysts spec into clear and concise content that facilitates them navigating ER issues via our award-winning self-service platform
• Support the authoring of online employee relations content for both new and existing clients
• Work with the Lead Content Author in liaising with new/existing clients to create/transform their existing HR policies into online step by step content and documentation
• Attend meetings with the client and process workshops in line with the project plan to support the wider implementation team
• Formulate, and then work to the agreed style guides to produce the content
• Work across the AdviserPlus technology applications depending on the type of implementation
• Work to agreed deadlines as part of the wider implementation process
• Keep abreast of changes in employment law and case law to support the production and edit of default content for our channel partners
