What the job involves
Technical Support Engineers work at the intersection of client services and engineering teams and drive customer success by identifying and resolving critical business issues.
Interact directly with customers to provide software development and operations expertise and leverage deep knowledge of best practices in the use of Apache Kafka and the broader Confluent Platform.
Build strong relationships with customers ensuring exemplary support and timely resolution to customer requests.
Contribute fixes back to the open source community.
Communicate real-time product feedback from the field to our core engineering team.
Improve product documentation and author knowledge base articles.
Create and review product demos and internal tooling.
