Day to day
- Draft comprehensive asylum applications with a focus on substantive legal responses and persuasive case presentation
- Prepare and refine client and witness declarations while collaborating with paralegals on first drafts
- Compile evidence and write legal briefs and memoranda that support strong asylum claims
- Use AI tools and structured workflows to improve efficiency accuracy and strategic depth while exercising sound legal judgment
