Who you are
- 3+ years experience in creating Atlassian solutions for Cloud Migrations, JSM, and Jira/Confluence
- Manage multiple customer deliverables/proposals concurrently
- Minimum 3+ years in Atlassian Partner ecosystem
- Minimum 5+ years in Sales Engineer or Pre-Sales role
- Bonus: understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Service Management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Manage customer deal cycles and multiple proposals leading to revenue growth
- Familiarity with Atlassian Marketplace and plug-ins
What the job involves
- Provide technical guidance and create solutions during all sales cycle stages
- Identify and address customer pain points with Account Teams
- Communicate Cprime value proposition during RFPs and Proposals
- Develop pragmatic solutions to address customer needs efficiently
- Advise on Atlassian Platform Migrations, Implementations, and Optimization
- Collaborate with Sales Teams to align service offerings
- Conduct demonstrations, client presentations, and ad-hoc consulting
