- JD and/or SCLA preferred
- Prior liability litigation experience
- Experience handling bodily injury exposures of moderate to high complexity
- Individual independent state adjuster licenses required
- Ability to obtain required licensing within 30 days of hire
- 3+ years adjusting auto liability claims
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a high production environment using technology solutions
- Sound analytical reasoning
- Ability to make autonomous decisions

Day to day
- Manage auto liability litigated claims across the US and territories with a strong focus on timely, accurate handling.
- Build action-driven investigation plans, document key facts, and evaluate coverage and liability exposure with precision.
- Partner with defense counsel to shape litigation strategy, drive negotiations, pursue recoveries, and achieve efficient claim resolutions.
