Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code
  • Terraform and Ansible experience
  • Automation experience with RPA orchestration and scripting
  • Python PowerShell and Bash proficiency
  • Cloud experience across AWS and/or Azure
  • Comfort operating in hybrid on-prem environments
  • Experience with monitoring observability or AIOps platforms
  • Working knowledge of ITIL service management
  • Familiarity with FISMA NIST 800-53 or FedRAMP
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance

Day to day

  • Modernize enterprise IT operations for a federal customer by automating repetitive infrastructure and operations tasks.
  • Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible with consistency and repeatability across environments.
  • Design and deploy RPA workflows and AIOps/observability solutions that reduce alert noise and enable self-healing remediation.
