Requirements
- Experience building automation solutions in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with automation tools workflow platforms or low/no-code technologies
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business processes into reliable technical solutions
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
- Comfortable supporting systems in production and resolving issues
- Experience with UiPath or similar RPA tools
- Exposure to AI-enabled automation
- Working knowledge of programming or scripting languages
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
- Familiarity with ServiceTitan FieldEdge or similar field service platforms
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Day to day
- Design, build, test, and deploy automation solutions that eliminate manual work and improve operational consistency
- Translate business needs into scalable technical workflows and integrations across systems and third-party platforms
- Own solutions end-to-end by validating quality, documenting processes, supporting production, and driving continuous improvement
