Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations automation growth marketing business systems revenue operations or related field
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot GoHighLevel Salesforce or ActiveCampaign
- Hands-on experience building automations using Zapier Make.com N8N or equivalent platforms
- Strong understanding of lead generation conversion optimization marketing funnels and CRM workflows
- Experience managing websites through WordPress Webflow Shopify or similar platforms
- Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects while working independently
- Excellent communication and project management abilities

Day to day
- Build and optimize websites landing pages and digital assets to support growth initiatives
- Design implement and maintain automation workflows across CRM marketing and operations platforms
