AV & Compliance Lead

Day to day

• Own and streamline the entire account verification process ensuring accuracy efficiency and an enhanced user experience
• Develop and implement up-to-date compliance policies and procedures adhering to local and international regulations
• Create implement and monitor clear goals responsibilities KPIs and SLAs for the AV & Compliance teams
• Identify compliance risks within company processes develop strategies to mitigate them and monitor compliance metrics preparing reports for senior management
• Work closely with various departments to ensure seamless account verification and compliance journeys
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the efficient resolution of verification and compliance issues
• Oversee and manage relationships with influencers ensuring their activities align with regulatory requirements brand guidelines compliance standards and company policies
