Develop ongoing nurture and engagement strategies for producer and stakeholder email communications and campaigns
Design build and maintain real-time performance measurement dashboards and reports for senior leadership
Work closely with NPB staff content creators creatives and PR professionals to ensure stories and assets are delivered with the greatest digital reach and impact
Collaborate with state pork associations and NPB staff to advise state staff and communicators on digital communications database and/or content strategy as well as web and social media platform and campaign optimization
Oversee a team of three digital and content direct reports
Migrate communications and content tools while leading vendors and service providers through transition and change management
