Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in IT business development sales marketing product management and/or alliances roles
  • Experience selling high value software solutions and consultancy services with revenue generation and client-direct selling
  • Extensive experience working with the AWS partner ecosystem focused on partner relationship development
  • Proven track record supporting large complex cloud sales cycles and exceeding targets
  • Skilled at building account level go-to-market strategies and working cross-functionally
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently
  • Strong verbal written collaboration and interpersonal communication skills
  • Solutions selling skills with success developing client and internal relationships
  • Conversant in enterprise products solutions and technology strategies
  • Hands-on production implementation experience with public cloud providers in large enterprises
  • Ability to travel 50% on average
  • Applicable cloud certification within AWS
  • Leadership communication coaching analysis troubleshooting and problem solving skills
  • Experienced persuasive and effective presenter written and verbal
  • Experience leading high-performing results-driven teams in business development sales and partner sales relations
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives and changing priorities

Day to day

  • Lead co-selling efforts with AWS and related partner teams in the Central Region to drive awareness and opportunity creation.
  • Build and execute regional partner strategies that support net new revenue growth strategic go-to-market plays and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Educate AWS teams on Quantiphi capabilities success stories and cloud value propositions while maintaining strong technology acumen across AWS ecosystems.
