Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Sci., or related field AND 2+ years of software industry experience in tech.
• 2 years of IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise-level applications.
• Experience driving technical resolution across cross-functional organisations.
• 2+ years in an external customer-facing role.
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud computing technologies.

Desirables

• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements
• Experience with on-call duties
• Experience with various technical skills like Core IaaS, Data Platform, Bigdata.

What the job involves

• You act as the primary support and engineering contact accountable for the customer's Azure support experience
• You engage deeply in incident management and support critical customer projects on Azure
• You collaborate with field teams and Azure engineering to resolve complex technical issues
• You conduct root cause analysis and develop improvement opportunities from escalations
• You leverage customer feedback to drive product and service improvements
• You proactively guide customers on designing and deploying Microsoft platform solutions
• You utilize engineering tools, customer telemetry, and cross systems for product optimization.
