What the job involves
Acting as the primary support and engineering contact accountable for the customer’s Azure support experience driving resolution of complex critical problems and supporting key customer projects.
Utilizing cross systems to conduct health checks and ensuring customers' environments are optimized and configured for deployment.
Recommending content improvements, troubleshooting guides, and developing metrics to evaluate changes and share them with customers.
