Remote Azure Advanced Cloud Engineer II Job in Minnesota, United States Microsoft

Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in software industry experience related to technology OR equivalent experience
• 2 years of demonstrated IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level, mission-critical applications
• 2+ years’ experience in an external customer / client facing role
• 2+ years of experience working on cloud computing technologies
• Meet specialized security screenings including Microsoft Cloud Background Check

Desirables

• Experience with being on-call
• Experience in Monitoring related technologies like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Resource Graph, Azure Alerts
• Experience in deploying, configuring, and operating enterprise Monitoring solutions
• Experience in one or more automation languages (PowerShell, Python, C#, Open Source)
• Excellent communication skills

What the job involves

• Analyze and amplify customer voices within the team and across Cloud + AI team, bringing customer connection to the Quality vision for Azure
• Innovate ways to scale learnings across the customer base
• Act as the primary support and engineering contact accountable for customer’s Azure support experience, driving resolution of complex critical problems and supporting key customer projects
• Serve as the voice of the customer within Azure to escalate problems and prioritize platform/support improvements
• Work with field teams and Azure engineering teams to enhance customer experience
