Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in software industry experience related to technology OR equivalent experience
2 years of IT experience supporting enterprise level, mission-critical applications and resolving complex issues
2+ years’ experience in an external customer/client facing role
2+ years of experience working with cloud computing technologies
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Desirables
Experience with being on-call
Hands on experience in core IaaS, Data Platform, Bigdata, Azure PaaS Services, Identity and Authentication
Experience in Monitoring technologies
Experience with automation languages like PowerShell, Python, C#, or Open Source

What the job involves
Providing technical guidance to customers on understanding and implementing new versions and their features
Conducting deep root cause analysis of complex issues and converting findings into improvement opportunities for Microsoft products
Acting as the primary support and engineering contact to drive resolution of critical problems and supporting key customer projects on Azure
