Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field AND 2+ years experience in software industry related to technology OR equivalent experience
2 years of IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level, mission-critical applications resolving complex issues and driving technical resolution across cross-functional organizations
2+ years’ experience in an external customer or client facing role
2+ years of experience working on cloud computing technologies
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and government security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check
Desirables
Experience with being on-call
Experience in deploying, configuring, and operating enterprise Monitoring solutions
Experience in one or more automation languages such as PowerShell or Python
Strong communication skills
Ability to explain highly technical issues to varied audiences
