Who you are

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years experience in software industry related to technology with 2+ years working on cloud computing technologies
• Demonstrated 4 years IT experience supporting and troubleshooting enterprise level mission-critical applications resolving complex issues
• At least 1 year experience in an external client-facing role
• Ability to meet security screening requirements including Microsoft Cloud Background Check

What the job involves

• Utilize engineering tools and customer telemetry to identify patterns of defects and signals in products flagging issues
• Inform and discuss active issues with customers and partners providing updates and next steps
• Synthesize customer and partner feedback to identify feature gaps and KPIs and work to resolve them
• Conduct health checks to ensure customer environment is optimized configured for deployment
• Serve as a connection between engineering teams and customers providing guidance throughout the solution lifecycle
• Handle complex escalations analyzing the priority and conducting root cause analysis to convert issues into improvement opportunities
• Partner with other teams to prioritize and resolve high-impact customer issues ensuring proper integration of customer features
