Requirements
- 2+ years of professional software development experience
- Solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT patterns
- Experience with Microsoft Azure including ADLS Gen2 Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Data Factory and Self-hosted Integration Runtime
- Strong foundational skills in SQL and Java
- Familiarity with Azure networking including VNET private endpoints and firewalls
- Knowledge of medallion architecture principles
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines YAML build release automation repo management branching strategies and code reviews
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field or equivalent practical experience
- Must be able to pass a federal agency background check and obtain a government-issued ID badge prior to starting work

Day to day
- Assist in designing and implementing backend and frontend components for enterprise data solutions on Azure.
- Build and maintain complex Azure Data Factory pipelines with triggers parameterization monitoring and robust error handling.
- Support Azure Synapse Analytics data warehousing ADLS Gen2 optimization and secure integration of analytical and AI/ML solutions.
