Requirements
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop management and support
- Experience with Azure infrastructure administration
- Experience with FSLogix profile management
- Strong troubleshooting skills in EUC and VDI environments
- Experience supporting end users in a service-focused environment
- UK Security Clearance SC mandatory
Day to day
- Support and administer the full Azure Virtual Desktop estate within a dedicated support function
- Provide hands-on support to end users and resolve complex EUC and VDI issues
- Manage host pools images user and application access resource groups and overall AVD configuration
- Optimise multi-user environments using FSLogix and NetApp or equivalent technologies
- Ensure high availability resilience and disaster recovery across all AVD components and participate in on-call rota
