Requirements
- Mechanical or electrical qualification
- Train The Trainer qualification minimum

- Subject matter expert in at least one area

- Competent computer skills for data analysis and report writing

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in can manufacturing

- Line launch or rebuild project experience preferred

Day to day
- Lead start-up and ramp-up support for new builds new lines and line conversions in spray and necker areas
- Provide hands-on technical expertise during installation setup commissioning and early production to achieve stable high-performance operation
- Train plant teams through on-the-job coaching classroom learning troubleshooting and root cause analysis to build sustainable capability
