• Experience designing systems in the financial industry
• High standards for production systems
• Track record of successful project completion using varied technologies and systems
• Strong engineering skills in system and platform thinking and quality code writing, particularly in Java, Scala, Ruby (languages can be learned)
• Collaborative with diverse stakeholders and experts
