Remote Backend Engineer Job in London, UK Pleo

Who you are

• Proficient in Java/Kotlin
• Experienced in cloud environments and distributed systems (AWS, Google Cloud, Kubernetes)
• Proficient with version control systems (e.g., Git) and code collaboration tools
• Solid understanding of authentication, authorization, access control (RBAC, ABAC), API integration methodologies, webhooks, and RESTful APIs
• Familiar with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL)
• Knowledge of observability and monitoring (Datadog)
