Requirements
- At least 2 years post-qualification experience in financial services industry
- Licensed solicitor in UK
- Proactive, outgoing, and solution/goal-oriented
- Self-motivated, can operate with varying supervision levels
- Strong commitment to exceeding client expectations
- Ability to adapt to and understand client's business culture
- Interest in processes and technologies enhancing legal services
- Ability to connect and build relationships
- Skilled in communicating, collaborating, and listening

Day to day
- Managing large-scale banking transactions and looking at structured products (exposure to LMAs beneficial)
- Reviewing and negotiating transaction-based documentation (e.g., non-disclosure agreements, release and reliance letters, legal opinions)
- Collaborating with first line business teams on transactional Q&A related to debt finance transactions following Loan Market Association standards
