Who you are

• 2+ years Bankruptcy – Creditor Rights Law Firm experience
• Applicant must reside in eligible states: AL, CT, FL, GA, KY, ME, MA, MD, MI, NH, NC, NJ, OH, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, VT, VA
• Polished and professional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven record of dependability
• Ability to work well independently and with a team

What the job involves

• Perform various operational tasks in an expeditious and accurate manner
• Electronically file documents with the bankruptcy court
• Perform retrieval, submission, and related processing of incoming and outgoing data and/or documentation
• Perform liaison activities between our firm/attorneys, clients, intra-office personnel, and/or 3rd parties
