Day to day
- Drive new business generation by structuring pricing and issuing terms for bridging finance clients
- Manage loans from legal review through to completion with careful attention to legal documents and transaction details
- Review third party valuations and QS/IMS reports write concise credit papers and support credit approvals alongside the co-founders
- Monitor loans throughout their term maintain broker relationships and help ensure smooth redemptions
