Remote BEMS Support Engineer Job in Bellshill, Scotland, UK BMSI

Who you are

• Familiar with Trend & IQ Vision
• Experience with Siemens, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure (training provided if not)
• Experience within the building controls industry
• Understanding of mechanical plant
• Proven diagnostic skills
• Systematically identify and resolve technical problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• PC literate
• On call for emergency or breakdown purposes (rota basis)
• Full driving license
• Located centrally in Scotland

What the job involves

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers
• Carry out small repairs & remedial works
• Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure
• Document service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.
