Experience with Siemens, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure (training provided if not)
Experience within the building controls industry
Understanding of mechanical plant
Proven diagnostic skills
Systematically identify and resolve technical problems
Excellent communication skills
Explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
PC literate
On call for emergency or breakdown purposes (rota basis)
Full driving license
Located centrally in Scotland
What the job involves
Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers
Carry out small repairs & remedial works
Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability
Respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure
Document service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.
