Who you are

• Located close to the M5 or M4 corridor.
• Familiar with Schneider EcoStruxure. Experience with systems like Trend Siemens Tridium Priva preferred; training available.
• Experience in building controls industry and understanding of mechanical plant.
• Proven diagnostic skills to systematically identify and resolve technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Full UK driving licence
• PC literate.
• Available for breakdowns and overtime payments.

What the job involves

• Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems.
• Carry out small repairs and remedial works.

• Document service activities including maintenance tasks repairs and client interactions.
