Experience with Siemens, Tridium, Schneider EcoStruxure advantageous, training provided.
Experience in the building controls industry.
Understanding of mechanical plant.
Proven diagnostic skills, able to identify and resolve technical problems.
Excellent communication skills, explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
PC literate.
Required to be on call for emergency or breakdown purposes, on a rota basis.
Full driving license, and located within travelling distance of Kent, Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire & Dorset.

What the job involves
Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnostics on building control systems in accordance with the service level agreement between ourselves and our customers.
Carry out small repairs & remedial works
Provide routine inspections of BMS equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Respond to customer service calls in the event of a system failure.
Opportunities to work on larger BMS projects.
Document service activities, including maintenance tasks, repairs, and client interactions.
